Delivery
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is 2-4 working days. Please note that during busy periods or holidays the delivery time may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping costs: Our shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. For parcel shipments up to 23 kg, the shipping costs are €4.95. Shipments to the US, UK, and Non-EU Countries

For shipments to the US, UK, and non-EU countries, delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Please be aware that customs clearance times are beyond our control and that of the delivery companies. Once your package has cleared customs, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery. During holiday periods, customs processing times may exceed the usual 1-week period, potentially delaying your delivery further.

Customers are responsible for any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, that may apply when the package enters the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and will not be covered by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Lost and Stolen Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels left outside in extreme weather conditions or stolen after delivery. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.

Inspection of Delivery

Upon receiving your package, it must be inspected for any damage. Please send clear photos of the package, showing both the exterior with the visible shipping label and the interior with the contents.
